TeNeka brings 23 years of Human Resources and Business Management to Fortitude. She serves as the firm’s Business Manager and provides guided expertise to Fortitude’ Business Clients.  She is a serial entrepreneur with two additional businesses that serve the Clarksville community, Kennedy Services (est. 2015) and Little Learners University (est. 2016).

She is a community service advocate with a passion for mental health awareness and children’s needs. She serves as the Committee Chair of Properties and Committee Member of Social Action with the Clarksville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

She is also a proud graduate of Austin Peay State University where she earned her BS in Public Management.
